Director
The Director (Executive Director) of Yuva Maitree Foundation serves as the senior executive leader responsible for overseeing the organization’s overall management and daily operations. The Director implements strategies and policies approved by the board while ensuring that the foundation’s mission and objectives are effectively achieved. The Director acts as the primary spokesperson and representative of the organization, building partnerships with government departments, CSR companies, donors, community leaders, and partner organizations. The role includes leading fundraising initiatives, managing financial resources, supervising staff and volunteers, and ensuring transparency and accountability in all programs. Yuva Maitree Foundation focuses on empowering youth through education, skill development, and community service programs that create long-term social impact. The Director ensures that initiatives such as women self-help groups (SHGs), rural development projects, and livelihood programs are implemented effectively and contribute to sustainable community growth and social transformation युवा मैत्री फाउंडेशन के निदेशक (Director / Executive Director) संस्था के सर्वोच्च प्रशासनिक और प्रबंधकीय पद पर कार्य करते हैं। उनका मुख्य दायित्व संस्था के दैनिक संचालन का प्रबंधन करना, बोर्ड द्वारा स्वीकृत नीतियों और योजनाओं को लागू करना तथा संगठन के मिशन और उद्देश्यों को आगे बढ़ाना होता है। निदेशक संस्था के प्रमुख प्रतिनिधि और प्रवक्ता के रूप में कार्य करते हैं तथा सरकारी विभागों, CSR कंपनियों, सामाजिक संगठनों, दानदाताओं और समुदाय के साथ मजबूत संबंध स्थापित करते हैं। वे फंडरेज़िंग, वित्तीय प्रबंधन, परियोजना संचालन, कर्मचारियों और स्वयंसेवकों के नेतृत्व तथा सामाजिक कार्यक्रमों के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन की निगरानी करते हैं। युवा मैत्री फाउंडेशन का उद्देश्य युवाओं को शिक्षा, कौशल विकास और सामाजिक सेवा के माध्यम से सशक्त बनाना तथा समाज में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाना है। निदेशक यह सुनिश्चित करते हैं कि संस्था के सभी कार्यक्रम जैसे स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG), ग्रामीण विकास, महिला सशक्तिकरण और आजीविका कार्यक्रम प्रभावी रूप से संचालित हों और समुदाय के विकास में योगदान दें।
SANTOSH KUMAR
DIRECTOR
Santosh Kumar, serving as the 2nd Director of Yuva Maitree Foundation, plays an important role in managing and supporting the organization’s social and administrative activities. He actively works on the formation and strengthening of women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs), promoting financial literacy, and encouraging livelihood opportunities in rural communities. He assists in planning and monitoring development projects, coordinating with banks, government departments, and community members. Santosh Kumar also supports training programs, group meetings, and awareness campaigns aimed at empowering women and youth. Through his efforts, the foundation’s initiatives contribute to sustainable community development and social empowerment. संतोष कुमार युवा मैत्री फाउंडेशन के द्वितीय निदेशक (2nd Director) के रूप में संस्था के प्रशासनिक और सामाजिक कार्यों के संचालन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। वे ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) के गठन, महिलाओं को संगठित करने, वित्तीय साक्षरता बढ़ाने तथा आजीविका से जुड़े कार्यक्रमों को मजबूत करने के लिए कार्य करते हैं। संतोष कुमार संस्था की परियोजनाओं की योजना बनाने, उनके क्रियान्वयन की निगरानी करने और समुदाय, बैंक तथा सरकारी विभागों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करने में सहयोग करते हैं। वे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों, समूह बैठकों और सामाजिक जागरूकता अभियानों के माध्यम से महिलाओं और युवाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए निरंतर प्रयास करते हैं। उनके नेतृत्व और सहयोग से संस्था के विकास कार्यों को मजबूत दिशा मिलती है और समुदाय के सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा मिलता है।

PROJECT DIRECTOR/ PROGRAM HEAD

The role includes overseeing budgets, managing teams, mitigating risks, and evaluating performance to deliver maximum value. Advocate Narendra Verma is a dedicated legal professional with experience in the field of law and social service. As an Adviser to Yuva Maitree Foundation, he provides legal guidance, supports transparent administration, and helps strengthen social welfare programs, women empowerment initiatives, and Self-Help Group (SHG) development activities for the benefit of society. एडवोकेट नरेंद्र वर्मा एक समर्पित विधि विशेषज्ञ हैं, जिन्हें कानून और सामाजिक सेवा के क्षेत्र में अनुभव प्राप्त है। युवा मैत्री फाउंडेशन के सलाहकार (Adviser) के रूप में वे संस्था को कानूनी मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करेंगे, पारदर्शी प्रशासन को मजबूत करेंगे तथा सामाजिक कल्याण कार्यक्रमों, महिला सशक्तिकरण योजनाओं और स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) विकास गतिविधियों को प्रभावी बनाने में सहयोग करेंगे, जिससे समाज को लाभ मिल सके।

Nitam Rao, Board of Director of Yuva Maitree Foundation, guides the Self-Help Group (SHG) programs focusing on women empowerment, financial literacy, and livelihood development. He supports training initiatives, savings and credit activities, and coordination with banks while ensuring transparency and sustainability. Through his leadership, SHG members gain self-reliance, improved income opportunities, and long-term community development support. युवा मैत्री फाउंडेशन के बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्टर नितम राव स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) कार्यक्रमों का मार्गदर्शन करते हैं, जिनका मुख्य उद्देश्य महिला सशक्तिकरण, वित्तीय साक्षरता और आजीविका विकास को बढ़ावा देना है। वे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों, बचत और ऋण गतिविधियों तथा बैंकों के साथ समन्वय में सहयोग करते हैं। उनके नेतृत्व में SHG सदस्यों को आत्मनिर्भरता, बेहतर आय के अवसर और दीर्घकालिक सामुदायिक विकास के लिए समर्थन प्राप्त होता है।
